Buyers of expensive homes rarely see just one. They plan a day: three houses, a driver, lunch somewhere in between.
Lumora’s viewing page lets you pick up to three homes in one region and a start time. It tries every order — there are only six for three homes — and picks the shortest total drive using estimated travel times.
The result is a schedule: when you arrive at each home, how long the drive is, when the day ends. It is a small algorithm with a large feeling of service.
Brute force is underrated when the problem is honestly small.
